K-12 Technology
Riverview SIS Modernization & PowerSchool Migration
Led technical work supporting Riverview School District's transition from
eSchoolPlus to PowerSchool, including system configuration, data cleanup,
integrations, parent access, reporting, and custom administrative tools.
- Supported migration of student, staff, enrollment, health, and operational data.
- Built and refined PowerSchool custom pages, dashboards, search tools, and calculated fields.
- Developed workflows for Schoology, Clever, Microsoft SDS/Teams, Securly, and other connected systems.
- Created import/export processes and automation to reduce repetitive administrative work.
- Developed parent-facing resources and communications for the PowerSchool Parent Portal rollout.
Cybersecurity
Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Modernization
Ongoing modernization of district infrastructure with an emphasis on resilience,
identity security, endpoint protection, recovery, and practical security controls.
- Expanded Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security coverage.
- Implemented and refined MFA, LAPS, PowerShell restrictions, and security policies.
- Supported Hyper-V, Windows Server, storage, backup, and recovery modernization.
- Improved operational readiness for ransomware and other security incidents.
Automation
Microsoft 365 & PowerShell Automation
Created scripts and processes that connect Active Directory, Entra ID,
Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Intune, and district data sources.
- Automated student and staff account provisioning and lifecycle tasks.
- Built Teams class creation and roster workflows from SIS data.
- Resolved Exchange Online and directory synchronization conflicts.
- Automated file transfers, data feeds, and recurring administrative processes.
